We are now looking for a
HR SPECIALIST, Digital Processes
for our People&Culture unit team in Finland to implement new digital people processes.
Stockmann’s P&C unit focuses on continuously improving and supporting business and people leaders in creating seamless positive Employee Experience throughout the team member journey. Our specialists in Finland, Latvia and Estonia focus on supporting organization with employment matters, payroll, recruitment, learning and wellbeing.
This is a temporary position until 31.8.2025. We are located in the Helsinki Flag Ship Store, but we work also flexibly from our home offices. We meet at least once per week as a team at our office.
Where is your expertise needed?
As our HR Specialist, Digital Processes you get to take part in developing and implementing digitalized people processes and support the people leaders in effective utilization of the new processes and data.
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Support our people leaders with people processes, systems and data
Active communication to organization and stakeholders around people processes
Active participation in developing new and existing processes – this means also updating materials and guidelines
Active participation in HR project work
Your role can also include other HR and HRD related tasks i.g guidance in rewarding, working hours, interpretations of collective agreements and wellbeing at work, or coordinating HRD related matters.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who has wide interest and experience in People Operations and processes. Experience in defining processes is seen as an advantage. As you work with lots of data and tools, you are technologically savvy and interested in the possibilities of technology and digitalization.
To succeed in this role, you should also have:
Experience in working with people data
Experience and understanding about People Processes
Good stakeholder management skills as well as good collaboration skills
Data-driven mindset
Resilience - you are at home in fast-paced environment where you must be able to adapt to changes, prioritize and tolerate pressure
You are a people person, and you always put the customer first. You are comfortable in a multicultural working environment as you will have colleagues also in the Baltics. You are fluent both in Finnish ad English (written&spoken) and you have excellent communication skills.
It is considered a plus if you have previous experience in an international HR organization and if you have also experience in HRD related matters.
