New role in our HR team for an analytical team player 

There is a new role open in our Group HR team. This would be ideal for an energetic team player who loves to perform and develop in the broad area of global compensation and benefits.

Main target

We aim to have a transparent and motivating remuneration policy which is in line with our culture, financial targets and shareholder interests. Creating, developing, implementing and coaching the smart ways of working for our people around these topics would be the main target in this role.

Our team

Our competent Group HR team is strongly developing the company culture. We value respectfulness, cooperation, creativity and passion. Addition to remuneration we support our business closely with occupational health and safety, recruiting, project staffing, people data, payroll and employment processes. There are around 70 happy professionals in the team with high ethics and spirit. 

Ideal candidate

Success to you means not just excellent theory and process but also clear purpose and implemented smart ways of working to business operations. You have been working from five to ten years in demanding global role related to remuneration.

You also have a Master`s degree in e.g. Business, Finance, Law or Technology. Your analytical skills are excellent and communication and coaching skill both in English and Finnish are strong. You have immediately a clear picture what the following could mean in the new role for you: performance management, say on pay, a short term and long term incentives, internal and external salary data, salary reviews, job levelling, business scorecards and GDPR.
