We are now hiring at the School of Science

HR Partner

to a permanent position at the department of Applied Physics (see Department of Applied Physics | Aalto University)


You will work as an advisor and coach in all people related issues and will focus especially on:

People, resource, performance and talent management
Strong leadership support and development
Driving high quality talent acquisition especially in professor recruitments
Driving employee wellbeing actions
Developing new ways of working
We expect strong motivation towards development and ability to take a partner role.


Competences and abilities that enable you to succeed in your role:

Strong HR-experience (at least 3-5 years)
Excellent collaboration and interaction skills
Solution focus and ability to challenge in a constructive way
Drive and self-direction
Coaching and facilitation abilities
Master's degree in applicable field
Excellent English skills
