You will be joining a team of 8 ambitious Nordic HR professionals. Functionally you will report to our HR Director in Denmark but on daily basis collaborate with the Finnish leadership team.
You will be responsible for the HR function in Finland. You will work in close collaboration with your Finnish colleagues and the Nordic HR team located in Denmark and Sweden, ensuring that Finnish HR activities are aligned with the corporate level HR strategies and policies. Your tasks include handling all day-to-day HR activities in Finland, HR administration (salary, benefits, employee data, contracts, etc), and in all these activities you will proactively ensure adherence to the Finnish HR legal framework. You will be supporting the Finnish leaders in people related matters such as recruitments, competence development, performance reviews and team development. You are also holding responsibility for running the yearly HR wheel and implementing new HR processes and practices in the Finnish organization. In all activities you will be coordinating the local work with Corporate functions to ensure alignment between the two. This position is a full-time position.
You should have worked in a similar HR role covering all aspects of full-cycle HR at least for some years. You need to have a solid understanding of HR processes, a good grasp of the Finnish employment law and based on your knowledge, you would come with a toolbox that you could start implementing as you start.
You are comfortable in sparring and supporting leaders in a diplomatic manner in all their personnel related matters as well as understanding their business´ challenges and helping in solving them.
As you are the responsible HR person in Finland, you must be driven and self-motivated and have a positive attitude, ready to take on the whole HR agenda in Finland.
It is critical that you thrive in an environment with many activities going on, can drive tasks independently, can challenge our leaders respectfully on HR matters, and understand how to address different people.
You are fluent in English as it is our working language. Knowledge of Swedish is a good advantage when working with your Nordic colleagues.
