Työn kuvaus:
  On behalf of our global client we are looking for a new employee to work in a position of HR Operations Support in Espoo.
This full time assignment starts as soon as the suitable candidate has been chosen and the work contract will be signed for one year.
The selected employee will be working on Adecco's payroll.This is a part-time position and requires approximately 4 hours work on Tuesday and Thursday each week.
Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming and outgoing hard-copy mail, where appropriate in line with current operational processes
  • Partner with the HR team in executing local administrative actions related to HR processes, e.g. processing local paperwork,
  • liaising with 3rd party government agencies
  • Completing additional administrative projects as assigned
  • Ensuring compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures


We are looking for a person who has:
  • 1-2 years experience in an HR administrative position or HR education
  • Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage documents on a SharePoint will be seen as an advantage
  • Native/Fluent skills in Finnish language, also excellency in English
