Finland is a base for global pharmaceutical production, research & development and worldwide clinical trials. In Finland, Bayer employs over 1000 people, located in Espoo and Turku.
We are now looking for an HR Operations Specialist for a permanent position to join our HR team. In this role, you will support Espoo and Turku organizations. Success in this role requires commitment to working onsite several days a week. This position is located in Turku Site.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Your role is to maintain the end-to-end employee’s lifecycle: onboarding, accurate employee records in the HRIS, HR-related documents, offboarding etc.
• Your responsibility is to ensure the accuracy and timely updates of our HR system (SAP)
• You will provide day-to-day on-demand support to our employees with all their HR and people related queries
• You will support HR colleagues in a wide range of HR issues such as employment relationship issues, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, health and well-being
• You will utilize HR data to craft insightful analyses and reports, aiding decision-making and enhancing our HR intelligence
• Collaboration with HR professionals across our North Europe country group is an essential part of your work as well
• You will be responsible for creating and updating different kind of internal communications materials, such as intranet content and training material, local policies and guidelines
• One of your focus areas will also be HR automation and developing more efficient and effective HR operational processes
WHO YOU ARE
• We expect you to have a relevant academic degree and min. 3 years within an HR generalist role
• We expect you to have a proactive and flexible approach to work and you have genuine interest in working with people
• You have a few years’ experience working with HR Data systems and you have a strong attention to details
• Your desire is to develop processes and systems
• We appreciate any earlier experience working within an international group covering different businesses, and value willingness to learn and determination to continuously develop your own field of work
• You have a good knowledge about Finnish employment law, regulations and collective agreements
• As part of our international organization, you communicate fluently in both English and Finnish
