You will plan and implement all HR processes and projects and act as local manager support. Join our Site mgmt and Divisional HR mgmt teams. We provide you an open, global & creative work environment with a good team spirit and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will be responsible of our Hämeenlinna production unit’s and Tube Mill’s comprehensive HR delivery. In more details, your key tasks will include:

  • Cooperation and negotiations with unions and union representatives

  • Local advise to all managers in Hämeenlinna site in the field of local agreements and negotiations

  • Cooperation with managers to achieve business goals

  • Plan and implement HR processes, project and policies in your responsibility area

  • Implementation of agreed operation model of occupational health care

  • Hämeenlinna site employee related administration services e.g. gate, postal services, canteen, employee benefits, employee premises

Your skills

We expect you to have Master’s Degree from relevant field (e.g. Economics, Technology or Behavioral), 5-8 years’ experience in similar role and knowledge of production environment.

Please note well that in this position good knowledge of labor law and relevant collective agreements is required. You also have deep knowledge and experience in planning, developing and implementing HR processes.

Excellent IT skills - MS Office, common HR systems and reporting tools and fluent Finnish and English are required.

As a person you are development oriented, have analytical approach and you communicate and collaborate effectively. You have skills to operate in an international organizational context.
