Do you have experience in HR? Are you keen on international business? PKC Group is looking for a new HR professional. The person will be joining the global HR team and having both local and group level responsibilities.

As a HR Manager you are a HR Business partner for Group Finance, Group IT and Group Business Development. Group level responsibilities include for instance deployment of Group policies, coordination of Global mobility programs, Group level data analytics and management, report consolidation and communication. You will coordinate European Works Council related activities and well, run special projects. You work in tight cooperation with international HR management team and business line leaders. In addition to group level tasks, you manage and continuously develop all country level HR function and procedures to meet current and future business needs at PKC Group Oy, PKC Wiring Systems Oy, and Wisetime Oy. It includes job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent manager and Environment, Health and Safety issues. You are heading a small local HR team and have budgeting responsibly for the HR function. In this position you report to PKC Group VP Finance and in matrix to PKC Europe & South America HR & EHS VP.

In order to be successful in this role you should have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in related field (HR, Business, Psychology etc) and years of experience in HR leadership roles from the manufacturing industry.  As a global organisation we appreciate your international or multi-cultural work experience or life experience. Fluency in English as well as in Finnish is mandatory. We are looking for a business-oriented person who have in-depth knowledge of Finnish labour law and HR best practices. Just as important to it us as your wide experience in HR are your personal qualities. We expect you to be a self-motivated and business minded person who has strong collaboration and negotiations skills and ability to see the strategic level context but also eye and motivation for the detail. As PKC sites are located throughout the world, flexibility in working hours is required.
