We are looking for a maternity cover to our,

HR Manager, Finland

with location in Helsinki.

Living in the everchanging field of retail, we are offering you an exciting and broad role as a HR generalist and close partner to the country operation manager and local store operations in Finland. You report to the HR Manager, Store Operations Nordic.

What will you do?

Together with your small local HR team, you are providing advice across all facets of HR including organizational management, change management, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement & diversity and learning & development. You are an outstanding support for our Finnish team and our store operations, including 39 stores across the country. 

Heading and running our HR function you love to be in the center of the operations, coaching store managers to drive engagement, work happiness and to sustain changes in culture and work processes. On the other hand, you are equally confident with being absorbed into details regarding labor agreements or taken local lead on HR projects or implementing administrative processes in such a way that they support the Group business. 

What will you bring to the role?

We believe that you are a clear advocate of teamwork and employee experience, a HR Manager with solid working experience and who knows how to keep the strain of the broad HR framework. Your background is probably in retail, hospitality or in other field of operational business. We expect you to bring us your strong administrative skills, knowledge of labor laws, experience in local implementation of strategic initiatives and best practices. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy navigating in an everchanging environment. In your role you need to be fluent in English and Finnish. Swedish language or earlier experience in Nordic/ International environment is a plus.
