Pro Farm is an agriculture technology group developing and producing new types of fertilising products. With over 30 years of research, we decided in 2014 to take our products to the fields. Headquartered in Vantaa, Finland, we have presence in Northern Europe, North and South America and are working with distributors and partners around the world.

We are now strengthening our business and looking for an experienced

HR MANAGER

In this position, you will be working together with your colleagues in Finland and abroad. You will be a part of the management team.

As the HR Manager, you will have total responsibility of daily HR related issues such as developing, implementing and managing HR processes and policies, resourcing, recruitment, onboarding, interpretation of labour law and collective agreements, training, personal development and other employee lifecycle related matters. You will be leading talent management processes, compensation and benefit procedures, and occupational health care services and safety issues.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a solid background in HR, with demonstrated generalist experience working at both a strategic and hands on level. Experience and knowledge of interpretation of international labour law and opening international entities or working with global subsidiaries, is vital in this position.

The person we are looking for will also possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are highly appreciated.

Above all else you must have strong initiative and possess entrepreneurial mindset. This is an ‘all hands on deck’ environment where the business is running towards growth, so your input will be vital in supporting that success.

This role requires frequent travel.
