We are now looking for an
to take responsibility of a new role in Tikkurila Group HR organization. Focus of your role will be in HRM and Compensation & Benefits. You are in charge the common HR policies and processes in Tikkurila including all areas of employee lifecycle management, recruitment and resource & headcount planning to name a few. Other part of the role is Compensation & Benefits which needs harmonizing and development and is a strong focus of your work especially during first year.
Tikkurila is an established brand with long history and committed personnel, going through a change in organization and culture, which gives you a both challenging and rewarding task. The position is located at Tikkurila headquarters in Vantaa and reports to SVP Human Resources. The role is part of group HR management team.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
At least 5 years of experience in HR Management role
Previous responsibility over compensation & benefits processes and development
Suitable M.Sc. education
Good business understanding and experience from supporting the business targets in HR role
Benchmark from organisation with advanced tools and processes in HR is a benefit
Fluent written and spoken English
Flexibility and scalability to grow with Tikkurila HR organisation
