We are looking for a business and people oriented HR Manager with the experience and passion to proactively guide and support our Finnish organisation in HR-related topics.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • With the business needs, strategies & plans in focus – support the organisation in both long term and operational HR-activities (such as for example recruitment, managing the health & sick leave agenda)
  • Coach and guide our managers in HR-related topics, processes and tools with the purpose to further strengthen their people management & leadership capabilities
  • Drive & lead employee engagement plan and activities
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor law and collective agreements
  • Managing the payroll partner's operations, quality and payroll management processes
  • Contribute to developing ways of working in the LM Cerealia Nordic HR-organisation

Your key partners in the organisation is the Kotka Plant Leadership team, all leaders in Cerealia Finland, HR in Finland locally as well as in the other Nordic countries.

In addition you will belong to the LM Cerealia HR & Communication team with colleagues from other Nordic countries as well as Ukraine and Russia. The purpose of this team is to lead the development of common ways of working as well as share best practice experiences and knowledge.


  • Master’s or Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
  • Min 5 – 6 years of broad HR experience
  • Highly skilled and experienced in labour law
  • Extended experience and proven results of working with a broad range of the “HR Toolbox” – i.e Comp & Ben, Recruiting, Talent management, Performance Management or/and Learning Development.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills – ability to navigate across in a matrix organisation
  • Drive for results
  • Holistic view and understanding
  • Business acumen
  • Change management experience
  • Fluent in English and Finnish
