We are in the middle of the transformation both in our business and in our operational model. Our strategy “Fit for Growth” states the direction and focus. We are aiming to be the leader in digitalised environment. The transformation consists of a variety of projects – bigger and smaller – all having an impact on our business, organisation and ways of working. 

One important area in driving the top performance is the right reward, and therefore we are now looking for an experienced and high performing HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to contribute to this activity. The main purpose of this position is to develop and implement our processes in Reward function in accordance with our People Strategy and provide consultancy to HR community internationally in reward related topics. You will join our international Group HR team, having a great opportunity to participate in developing the next phase in Caverion HR. 

In this role you need at least 3-5 years of experience from international reward / compensation and benefits role with strong competence and expertise in some of the below mentioned areas. You are strong in logical and analytical thinking and have attention to detail. You enjoy working with data and have excellent Excel skills. We also expect you to be able to bring people along with clarity of direction combined with humble attitude to work hands on and help other people progress and succeed. Academic degree (preferably MSc or equivalent) is required. We are about to go live with Workday, so previous experience on Workday is a plus. 

Our expectation is that you understand the priorities and requirements coming from the business and are able to support these needs. You are expected to collaborate well in matrix structure and across different countries. You are a good communicator and due to the international dimension fluency in English is essential.  

Main tasks:

·         Base salary management including salary surveys, salary range development, annual merit review process preparation, support for HR network

·         Maintain the Job Structure in line with the continuously developing business needs, job evaluation experience is an advantage

·         Facilitate and manage multiple short-term incentive plans

·         Prepare reward data and presentations  including report creation, analysis, solution recommendations 

·         Support the HR network across Caverion countries in various reward related topics

·         Actively contribute to the development of Caverion reward practices communication and training to all stakeholders

·         Act as a Workday Compensation administrator for all ad hoc approval and annual compensation processes, such as compensation change, merit review and short-term                incentive

·         Participate in various development projects and ad-hoc tasks

In this role you would be reporting to the Head of Reward, Päivi Parma. The preferred location of this role is Caverion Headquarter in Vantaa.
