We are strengthening our Nordic team and looking for a passionate and experienced
HR MANAGER NORDIC
As an HR Manager Nordic you are a role model for organizational values and provide leadership for all HR functions. As part of the management team, you participate in planning and implementing strategy and in developing the organization
Your task is to ensure all HMSHost´s human resources processes in the Nordic organization are effectively aligned with business; to provide direction and expert advice with regard to employee relations, employee engagement and recruitment; and to oversee performance management, training and development
You have firm knowledge of employment issues and you are experienced in providing comprehensive HR support and managing HR projects. Labor legislation and collective agreements are familiar to you (knowledge in Collective agreement for the hotel, restaurant and leisure industry is an asset). Experience in payroll and compensation administration is a must.
Your office is located at Helsinki Airport. The HR Manager Nordic reports to the Director of Operations Nordic.
Previous documented experience in human resources management, preferably from an international company
Suitable educational background
Ability to adapt to and implement change and to manage conflicts
Excellent command of Finnish and English, knowledge in Swedish or other Nordic language is an asset
Cultural sensitivity and confidence in working with people coming from different national and professional background
Ability to travel, estimated travel days 30–50 days per year mostly in Finland, Sweden and Denmark
