You are a part of the Finnish HR and SC Nordic HR team and report to the Country HR Manager Finland. As a team we enhance business and improve service to internal customers.
We are looking for a great colleague with passion for continuous improvement and excellent customer service. You enjoy multiple projects simultaneously. To help you to achieve your goals you posses a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in relevant area (HR, leadership, management, psychology) and a few years of work experience within HR. We highly appreciate your knowledge of the Finnish labor legislation and collective agreements (especially Trade and Technology) Further more you are optimistic, flexible and a creative problem solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities with a sense of urgency. Working in an international organization requires fluent Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are also appreciated.
