To make this happen, we are looking for an experienced and high performing HR Director to lead our Finland HR team. Our expectation is that you are very business minded and understand the priorities and requirements coming from the business. You are a good leader who can engage, energise and drive the team and you are expected to collaborate well in matrix structure and across different countries. Due to this international dimension fluency in English is essential.
