Would you like to join Caverion HR team and lead the Caverion Finland people management practises to boost the business?

Understanding that our people are our business, we need to have the winning team in place throughout the organisation to make our customers happy.

To make this happen, we are looking for an experienced and high performing HR Director to lead our Finland HR team.  Our expectation is that you are very business minded and understand the priorities and requirements coming from the business. You are a good leader who can engage, energise and drive the team and you are expected to collaborate well in matrix structure and across different countries. Due to this international dimension fluency in English is essential.

The key areas of responsibility in this role are:

  • Develop and lead the human resources function of Division Finland to ensure the right talent and people processes that secure the execution of the strategy for both profitable performance and new growth opportunities.
  • Together with the Group develop and implement efficient people management systems, processes and tools that contribute to the business success. Ensure that Caverion wide common people practices are implemented in Finland,
  • Implement talent & competence management as well as resourcing actions to build the needed capabilities into the organization and to all employees.
  • Drive the actions that enable wellbeing of our employees and ensure that division management is always aware of the current situation as well as possible risks
  • Develop a high performing organization and employer brand. Critical part of the role is to ensure that the organization is built and led in a way that enables efficient execution of the business strategy and gives great growth opportunities for high performing individuals.
  • Lead and manage the collaboration with unions and employee representatives to develop working conditions that enable high performance. Drive the process of local agreements that support business efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure the delivery of administrative and transactional HR services to all employees in Finland, including the Group employees.  Ensure the alignment of people practices and high data accuracy.
  • Ensure that the Finland HR Function is in compliance with Group’s Governance Principles and Corporate Policies. Ensure that all legal aspects related to the HR Function are approached in an appropriate manner across the organization.

    In this role you would be reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Division Finland Ville Tamminen and in matrix to the Executive Vice President, HR and Safety, Minna Schrey.
