We are now looking for an experienced
to lead and develop business HR within Business Area Services in Finland and Sweden. As HR Director you will be member of the Business Area Management Team and the Group HR Management Team. In this role you will report to VP, Group HR and in matrix to EVP, Services Business Area.
You will be working in close co-operation with business to support organization and managers in all people and leadership related areas translating business needs into HR solutions. You will be acting as a change agent in the organization and ensuring that HR policies and practices in use serve the business in an optimum way. You will be participating and contributing to group-wide HR development projects and lead the implementation in the business area. In this role you will also develop Business Area HR and People strategy in alignment with the group strategies to ensure availability of resources and competences to deliver the strategic targets.
We are looking for a person that has both strategic vision and hands-on attitude. A potential candidate has several years of relevant experience and suitable university level education. You have capability to work as a trusted and respected business partner. You are a good communicator in our international work environment in Finnish and English, Swedish is an asset. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a business-oriented mindset with a co-operative approach.
