Are you willing to work part-time as a HR Coordinator in Helsinki area?

Our customer Estée Lauder Finland is looking for an HR Coordinator, who is interested in working part-time (50 %) in a international business.

They offer you a new interesting position. The main responsibilities are:

  • Talent acquisition and recruitment process.
  • Induction and onboarding.
  • Assisting in development of corporate processes and procedures, responsibility for implementation.
  • Being main Point Of Contact for external payroll partner, maintain all employee data and files to assure compliance to legal requirements as well as correct and timely payroll.
  • Providing support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems.
  • Implementation of HR Projects, with focus on HR Retail project (being and active member of Regional HR Retail Team).
  • Safety of the workforce.
  • Tasks in performance management area.
  • HR metrics: analysis, conclusions, recommendations.

We wish you have the following skills:

  • HR operational expertise, strong business orientation with human touch and effective multi-task approach.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in similar role (Retail experience is an added value)
  • Additional experience in RETAIL area counts as a big plus.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor regulation and practice.
  • Practical computer skills, including advance level of Excel is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
  • Finnish – native, English – fluent.
