As our HR & Communications Manager your main task will be to lead our way to excellent employee experience and employee branding.
As successful HR & Communication Manager at Aviator Airport Services Finland Oy you will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and other issues and you will assure that operational HR services - from resourcing to exit, local benefit and well-being offering and payroll - are provided on high quality level, efficiently and with affordable cost. People are our most important asset and with all your actions, you will be the one who ensures positive and productive atmosphere and workplace.
As internal and external communication responsible you will ensure that our message is consistent and engaging. You will manage our internal and external communication together with our group communication department. As a successful HR & Communication Manager you will work closely with our line managers, group HR managers in other counties and external partners.
You will have a key role in supporting our growth in Finland, developing our processes to meet the future standards and taking our employee brand to a next level. You are an important member of our country management team, reporting to Managing Director. You are also a member in our Nordic and global HR-teams.
We are looking for you, who has:
- Several years of experience in HR functions
- Strong understanding of regulatory environment in employment field
- Experience in labour unions, employee representative negotiations and collaboration
- Good knowledge of HR systems
- Fluency in Finnish and English
- Willingness to develop internal processes and drive the change
- Inspiring and inclusive attitude with drive to continuously improve and develop the capabilities within the organization
