Your role
In close collaboration with Head of P&O and local senior leaders you will be responsible for locally driving and executing our people strategy, plans and processes as well as ensuring first-class HR service and support to the business. Your responsibilities will include:
· Driving HR agenda locally, securing country needs as well as implementing global and regional priorities.
· Ensuring that all core HR processes are executed and deployed in a professional manner including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, compensation and benefits, health & safety, engagement surveys, performance and change management etc.
· Coaching and supporting our managers to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
· Acting as an advisor and day to day support for our managers and providing them with necessary tools to succeed as leaders.
· Managing employee relations and providing guidance on legislation, HR policies and procedures.
· Managing payroll (outsourced), benefits, contracts, people data and handbooks, supported by an HR specialist.
· Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures making sure they align with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
· Supporting the implementation of global, regional or local HR projects and initiatives.
· When needed providing extra HR support to our store partners.
· Driving continuous improvement in HR practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Who you are?
The right candidate is a great team-player who brings a positive can-do attitude and is a contributor to a great working environment.
· A solid HR background with relevant education and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HRBP role, preferably in a retail or customer-focused environment.
· Strong knowledge of Finnish labour laws and HR best practices.
· Experience in working with senior managers in an HR capacity.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· The ability to build strong relationships and influence at different levels of the organization.
· A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
· Fluency in Finnish and English.
· Experience with payroll and working in an international matrix organization is an advantage.
