About HR and the team
The overall aim of HR in If is to support the business to attract, develop and retain great people. In HR terms this translates to creating smooth and proactive people processes that add value for our leaders and employees. We are over 100 competent, engaged and committed colleagues in HR, and we are currently organized in 5 functional Nordic units.
You will join the HR Business Partner - organization who has high ambitions and passion for our business helping leaders to succeed. We work in a matrix organization and you will be part of the Finnish HR Business Partner -team reporting to Head of HR Business Partner Finland .
About the role:
In this role you will independently support specific business units. You are expected to work close to the business and support the leaders and the management teams by driving the people agenda. You support, help, encourage, spar, coach and find new angles. You develop, inspire and implement. Your tasks will cover HR-processes and practices throughout the employment life cycle (such as recruiting, onboarding, change processes, performance management, competence development, labor law, health and wellbeing, HRIS).
You are expected to produce and deliver proactive, qualitative HR value that enables attaining strategic business goals. It is also important to be a trusted business partner to leaders and provide operational support in all areas of HR. In this role you will take part and sometimes lead on various HR-project, both locally and Nordic.
Who are you
You have a strong drive and passion to influence the people agenda in the business. As a person you are perceived as a trustworthy speaking partner and a professional who has excellent communication skills to secure smooth HR-processes. You have the courage and ability to initiate and drive changes. You have a passion for recruiting and you are interested in developing yourself, others and processes. You have a strong will to add value with your work to all the directions. You are comfortable with operative tasks, but you also have an ability to work on strategic level. You are an excellent communicator and you do that fluently both in Finnish and in English. You are at the same time daring but still having your heart in place.
You also have
You have broad experience as an HR professional and a relevant university/business degree. You have a solid knowledge on different HR processes and experience from supporting leaders in their people responsibilities in similar type of roles. You have experience and competence on running projects and/or process development and people analytics and data are important colleagues of yours. Experience from cross-border working is an asset.
