We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to our HR team in Turku, Finland. Our ideal candidate should have a solid HR experience and being able to lead change projects in close collaboration with the business.
HR Business Partner
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Through an understanding of the business and engagement with the business leaders, you translate the business requirements and challenges into relevant HR actions and initiatives in close collaboration with local managers • Responsible of a wide range of HR matters such as employment relationships, union agreements, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, health and well-being • Support organizational changes providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective and lead change management initiatives • Ensure compliance with Finnish labor laws and regulations and union agreements • Support our values-based culture that encourages leadership, integrity, flexibility and efficiency • Collaborate closely with the HR team in Finland and Nordics
WHO YOU ARE • Relevant academic degree with minimum of 5 years of broad experience within HR (e.g. HR Business Partner or HR generalist role) • Excellent collaboration skills together with customer-driven and positive mindset • Proven experience in change management. Agile and pragmatic with a continuous improvement outlook to seek opportunities to enhance the HR support. • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks involving many stakeholders and competing deadlines • Strong knowledge about Finnish employment law, regulations and collective agreements • We appreciate any earlier experience working within an international group covering different functions, and value digital skills, experiences in SAP HR system are seen as a strong advantage
