HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead the implementation of the HR strategy and local business plan at our Sipoo Dairy and provide professional support and advice for the line management on all HR issues. Therefore, you can also expect to engage with our employee representatives to ensure support for relevant initiatives.

You will play a key role as sparring partner for the line managers in respect to implementing the overall business strategy as well as managing the day-to-day operation. This includes development of managerial staff and consultative and coaching activities for managers on an individual level. It is also part of your job to ensure that key people processes are implemented and anchored by line managers throughout the Supply Chain organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide professional transformation expertise to meet business change and shape organization to build future proof Arla
  • Coach and spar local SC leadership team and 1st line leaders on leader led change to support business plan
  • Lead and develop leaders to create an organization with a performance culture via Arla's people processes
  • Support line managers in identifying talents and potentials to develop them for the future and build future talent pipeline through selective recruitments
  • Act as a sounding board and provide feedback to line managers on leadership behaviors based on Our Leadership to enhance company culture and employee engagement
  • Ensure managers act in accordance with Arla policies and local laws and CLA’s
  • Key point of contact and key driver in employee relations negotiations in smaller business-related initiatives

Solid HR insight and consultative skills

You have a relevant education combined with solid experience in leading change and developing organizations and managers providing you in-depth knowledge of leader led change. You have gained the experience working as HRBP, HR consultant or line manager preferably in supply chain.

Irrespective of your background, you need keen consultative, negotiation and communicative capabilities that enable you to balance between challenging and supporting line managers. You have an energetic and independent personality and use your structured working methods to achieve your own and your team's goals.

In order to succeed in this position you effectively build trust in Supply Chain by establishing an open and honest relationship with key stakeholders like line managers and employee representatives. You work effectively within the matrix and navigate smoothly across different HR Communities and contribute in building strong HR delivery.

Maintaining and amplifying your relations comes naturally to you, and you know that the best results are reached in cooperation with others. Your consultative approach, good communicative ability and good social skills enable you to drive change work in a humble and pedagogical way.

Since you will be part of a global Supply Chain organization, you need in addition to Finnish be able to speak and write fluently in English. That you are easy to create good and professional relationships at all organizational levels is also a matter of course.
