We are looking for an HR Business Partner to take overall responsibility of the management and development of HR operations in Finland. As an HR Business Partner, you will act as the main point of contact for managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle and provide them coaching and training in HR topics. You will take ownership of daily HR administration and process development, including onboarding, employment relationship management, personnel development, recruitment, cooperation with outsourced payroll provider and more. You will work closely with Finnish management and your HR Business Partner colleagues in the Nordic and Baltic regions while reporting to the Northern HR Director based in Denmark.

The position is permanent and based in Vääksy (short distance from Lahti) or in Kuopio as per your choice. The job includes also some travelling to our different locations in Finland, so we offer you a full car benefit.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have
As the ideal candidate, you have gained several years of experience in HR and have the ability to drive things forward independently and proactively. You are enthusiastic about developing our ways of working and our organizational capabilities. Knowledge about Finnish employment law and collective agreements is a must. You have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders across the organization to achieve the best results. As no day is like another, we expect you to embrace change and to prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively. You have motivation and energy to work on daily administrative duties and are a multi-tasker who gets things done. You work fluently in both Finnish and English. We appreciate any earlier experience working within industrial environments and an international group.
