Your role is two-fold. As the HR Business Partner your mission is to develop Business Finland’s organizational culture and leadership with your daily interaction in your area of responsibility. You will also act as a HR generalist in the same area. At the Business Finland level, your responsibility is to take forward organization-level competence and capability development initiatives and help us to meet the demands of the changing world with AI

  • Coach and support leaders
  • Help and guide leaders through the annual HR processes and other practical matters
  • Take responsibility for Business Finland’s approach to capability and competence development globally
  • Develop employee experience together with the HR team and leaders
  • To be ready to help with international recruitments and other tasks related to our growth outside Finland
  • Contribute to the teamwork and common initiatives especially in the HR team

We expect you to have rich experience from the HR field of approximately 7-10 years. We also value earlier experience from an international organisation as well as experience from an expert organisation. You have a vision for how to develop ways of working and competencies with a modern approach. You also have a systematic approach and a strong desire reach the goal. We expect you to have an academic degree and fluency in Finnish and English.

The position is located in Helsinki but you are also ready to travel.
