Our organisation is growing quickly, and we are looking for an HR Business Partner to support and bring value to our organisation, managers and employees to ensure our continuous success. We serve all companies in our division in Finland with passion, energy and good spirit.

Your main role is to provide end-to-end support and advice in all HR related tasks to the managers and employees in our divisions Helsinki-area locations. You will be part of our small HR team, reporting to the HR Director of Visma Enterprise Finland.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure high quality employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance mgmt, training and development, offboarding)
- Advise and coach managers in all HR related matters
- Act as the division level payroll contact person in Finland
- Ensure compliance on Work & Safety and Co-operation related activities
- Advice and assist in organisational development
Initiate and execute HR related projects

Depending on your areas of interest and experience, you may also act as the owner for some of our division level processes and policies in Finland, eg:

- Employee Engagement Survey
- Performance Management
- Employee Wellbeing Management
- Training & Development

We hope you have previous experience especially in labour law, collective agreements, talent acquisition and retention and organisational development. Experience from developing organisational culture and employee experience, mergers and acquisitions, managing HR related projects and payroll processes is considered as a great advantage. You have high level of resilience and lots of experience in change management and internal communication. You express yourself fluently in Finnish and English.

The main success criterias in this role is to have a commercial- and service-oriented mindset and love for HR. You have excellent people skills and find it easy building relationships in person and by using social media as a networking tool. You have a strong track record of collaborating with different interest groups and find motivation in developing a culture built on highly engaged employees.
