HR Business Partner for Dental Imaging Business in Europe

In this position you support European DEXIS Imaging business unit as HR Business partner. You are responsible for implementing the Envista global HR strategy in the local organization in Finland (Tuusula site) as well as commercial teams in some selected European countries - with the local HR experts. You are responsible for all areas of HR: people management & development, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employee relations. You act as a true sparring partner for the Business Leaders and challenge and support organizational development and performance.

In addition, you may take a leading role in processes such as on- and off-boarding, training and development, yearly engagement survey and well-being at work.

• Bachelor's degree and min 5 or more years of experience in HR, preferably from international organization
• Good understanding of collective bargaining agreements and labor law, asset is HR knowledge from other countries outside Finland
• Fluent oral and written English and Finnish communication skills, other European language is an asset
• Efficient user of Workday HR system or other HRIS tools as well as MS office tools
• Positive and continuous improvement mindset is a great asset to be successful in this role
