GSK Finland is based in Espoo and employs some 140 professionals.

We are now looking for an HR Advisor

Your role is to provide high quality, comprehensive operational and administrative HR support across all GSK businesses in Finland. You are an active member in our Nordic HR team and enjoy working in an international matrix organization with several stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will be

  • Supporting employees and managers with HR related queries and issues and ensuring understanding, compliance and satisfaction with HR related policies and processes
  • Executing and developing global and national processes, e.g. hire and onboarding, leavers, employment changes, performance & reward, absences
  • Managing the outsourced payroll, employment benefits, occupational healthcare and employee insurances, international assignments and health and safety initiatives
  • Managing the quality of all employee data and maintaining records in HR systems to ensure entries are up to date

In order to succeed in this role, we hope you have

  • Education and degree in a relevant field for HR and business understanding as well as 1-2 years work experience in an HR role preferably in a global company, in order to understand how HR works
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills and curiosity to find solutions and make sure things happen
  • Ability and resilience to handle and coordinate multiple tasks and timelines at the same time
  • Fluent language skills in Finnish and English, and proactive interest in modern it tools. 

This role is based in Espoo and is currently a temporary position until January 2020, with a possibility to continue.
