SENIOR SALES PROFESSIONAL - HELSINKI

 

Do you want to work for a fast-growing international B2B SaaS company? Our sales team in Finland is looking for a driven, self-directed senior sales professional to help us reach our ambitious goals.

You will be mainly working on a rapidly growing domestic lead pool to drive revenue growth, managing the sales process with a consultative mindset and solution sales approach. You will work in collaboration with the rest of the sales and customer relations team to drive rapid revenue growth with your expertise and great service attitude. You are part of building and implementing targeted sales campaigns in Finland together with the Finland sales team. You will help other team members with their sales related needs, we also value your support in further developing our sales process.

What we expect:

  • At least five years of work experience and knowledge of the B2B software / services business - solid experience in B2B sales
  • Self-directed team player - we work as a team, but independent sales work is important
  • Well organized sales process management
  • Ability to lead sales processes with senior decision makers, influencers and other key stakeholders in customer organizations, present value, negotiate and close deals
  • Based on your experience, existing networks of relevant contacts in business and / or public sector organizations, preferably in human resources management, learning, organizational development, change, management positions
  • We are innovative and constantly bring new ideas to improve our operating methods
  • Fluent English and Finnish, both written and oral skills must be excellent - we need you to work with both Finnish clients and operate in an international environment
  • High level of convenience with B2B software in general - use, sale and adoption of new tools and skills
  • Growth thinking - constantly interested in learning new things, within the scope of your own expertise and beyond

Additional sources of advantage for you as an applicant:

  • Experience in doing business with enterprise and/or public sector in Finland
  • Experience in consulting and/or training business, organizational development, learning
  • Experience in facilitation and digital working methods that can be translated into sales success
  • Understanding of consulting and/or training business or change management
  • Experience in international SaaS business expansion
