Your main responsibilities are simply put to build a support function that will respond to all our international customer's support needs, and to lead that function. Because we need to support manufacturers whose factories are running around the clock everywhere from North America to Africa and Asia, your task is to ramp up a truly global support function that is available across all time zones, 24/7. This includes setting up support teams and all customer support channels needed. You will play a key role in our service quality level, customer satisfaction and business growth.
In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to have relevant experience in building, organizing and leading a SaaS support function. It's important to us that you understand the global aspect of the job and we highly appreciate experience in leading global or international teams and functions. You will without doubt benefit from any possible knowledge or background in the industrial software industry. You feel at home in a fast-paced and agile environment. Your English is fluent and most importantly; you are cool with working cross-nationally with goofy but extremely professional co-workers.
