Head of SMO
We are looking for a
Head of SMO
to join YIT Group IT in Helsinki.
You are in a key role in defining and implementing YIT’s Service integration model together with our selected SIAM partner. In this role you will closely cooperate with YIT’s different IT Service areas and other stakeholders. The SMO executes together with Service Desk service integration and management over all IT Services. Your responsibilities include efficient and continuously evolving service management processes, tools and SIAM operations. You will lead YIT’s SMO team, SIAM operator and you also cooperate with IT Country Coordinators in virtual team. Your key tasks include definition, ownership and development of SIAM standards, architecture and governance as well as Service integration and management processes and reporting.

To perform this role successfully we expect you to have:
- Experience in SIAM
- Capability to lead people and networks
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate efficiently with various stakeholders e.g. YIT business
- Broad experience in IT Service Management, Service Desk, ITSM methods and practices and tools (ServiceNow)
- Sufficient experience and skills in Vendor Management
- Understanding of IT Service cost structure and charging principles
- Passion for service management and excellent end user experience
