Do you have positive energy, experience of site management & leadership and strong drive to develop yourself and your team? Then you could be the person we are looking for as a Head of Site Management.

As a Head of Site Management you will take overall responsibility of Site Management in Accommodation Systems Division. You will support the division Vice President of Project Management with specific focus on Site Management. You are also responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration between project and work teams.

 

Head of Site Management responsibilities:

  • Ensure and monitor that all site activities are complied with applicable HSE related laws, rules and regulations, Almaco Quality standards and applicable specifications and Project and customer specific requirements and standards by qualified workers

  • Risk management of project site works

  • Responsibility for the resource planning of project site organizations

  • Helping Site Management in planning and scheduling the projects

  • Continuous development of new building site processes

  • Handling customer contacts during site period

  • Give an input for Sales department to calculate budgets for sales quotations

 

Head of Site Management requirements:

  • Adequate professional requirements: Technical or business related education including leadership studies and Minimum 5 years of project and site management work experience

  • Good knowledge of Marine and Offshore shipbuilding industry, especially site management skills

  • Understanding and commitment to HSEQ requirements at site management

  • Understanding of project financials

  • Skills in project planning, delegating and organizing

  • Good leadership, negotiation, communication and team building skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Good knowledge of MS Office Programs

 

The position is full-time and situated in the company’s headquarter at Piispanristi. Working in Helsinki can be an option in the near future.
