ZenRobotics is looking for an experienced service professional to lead our technical support team and develop customer satisfaction in a fast-growing company. You have a proven track record of building global technical support functions and as Head of Service you have two main responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement practises and processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical support function

  • Lead, manage and develop ZenRobotics’ skilled technical support team who provides frontline and backend technical support to our customer base throughout the world

We expect you to have a customer-oriented approach and strong engineering background. While being an expert in your own field, you are comfortable with crossing boundaries between the different ZenRobotics technologies including mechanics, automation and software. And you don’t mind getting your hands dirty from time to time. Experience in small and big companies is valued. You’ll need good communications skills and fluency in English (verbal and written) on a daily basis and as Head of Service you are willing to travel as ZenRobotics’ customers are located all around the world.
