Lead the service department within Grundfos Finland
As our new Head of Service Delivery in Finland, you will have 5 direct reports including a professional back office consisting of specialists and coordinators as well as our Local Service Delivery Supervisor who is heading two workshops and a team of 15 service technicians. Everyone being committed in a shared effort to ensure timely and professional service activities related to our pumps and solutions all over Finland across our entire portfolio. This entails supervising day-to-day operations and resource allocation as well as taking on a tactical and strategic view to develop and ensure continuous optimisation within the team to exceed customer expectations.
Reporting directly to the Regional Service Delivery Director, you will join an established leadership team present in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Baltics, UK & Ireland. Here, you will also collaborate closely with the service delivery managers and regional sales managers within the Nordic region to ensure a customer-centric business model.

Promoting and growing the Grundfos Service brand locally in Finland is a vital part of this role – and being the primary leadership representative of Service Delivery in Finland, you will have great opportunity to engage with larger customers and vendors as well as internal leadership.
