We are currently growing our SAP organization and looking for three Competence Pool Managers to lead our consultant teams to reach their peak and develop them further. Additionally, all the team leads will participate in customer engagements within their specialty area; SAP Logistics, SAP SCM or SAP Architecture. You will be joining the Applications Services, Package Based Solutions People Unit at Capgemini Finland, that provides world class SAP services to its customers.

As the head of one of the Competence Pools (Logistics, SCM or Architecture) , you will be leading a team of highly talented, engaged and diverse SAP professionals, and will be responsible for their continuous competence development, excellent employee experience and coaching them to reach their peak. As a team lead, your contribution and knowledge of processes, tools and technology will be fundamental to the growth of the team. While your ability to support the team of SAP experts is key to success in this role, you will also act as senior SAP expert in selected customer assignments.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading a competence team by example and excellent people leading skills
• Grow your team via recruiting and retain people by ensuring excellent employee experience
• Continuously uplift competences of the team by for example identifying and promoting the training and certification needs and also take care of the career development within the team
• Keep a constant eye on how SAP solutions develop within your specialty area to be able to identify the direction in which the team should be grown towards
• Contribute to creating and offering the best SAP solutions (people, process and technology) for our customers
• Act in a leading delivery roles in selected customer engagements

What would help you to succeed in this role?

• A true passion and willingness to lead people – a people person at heart
• Experience in leading expert teams, preferably in consulting practices
• Proven track record of working with SAP solutions:
• Fluent in both Finnish and English language

• A passion for technology, to keep yourself always up to date in latest tech trends
• Willingness to share your knowledge in external content marketing that supports SAP sales and continuously develop your thought leadership in this area
• Ability to deep dive in technical aspects and then to address big picture, also with business stakeholders
• Proactive, optimist, motivated and that you are able to transfer these skills also to your team members
