DS Smith Packaging Finland Oy is looking for a

About the role
The Head of Sales responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans in line with the DSS Way of Selling method. This person is responsible for successful execution of these strategies to achieve financial targets. A key part of the role will be to raise functional capability and strengthen the performance culture. You will also help realize the targeted, profitable and sustainable growth for the overall Finland Packaging Business together with the Management Team. In this role You will lead an organisation of 20 employees with approx. 10 direct reports.
