Head of Sales
We are looking for dynamic Head of Sales to join our team.
Head of Sales is responsible for the positive development of sales in all Andiata channels. She/he successfully leads the sales team with a strong focus on new customer acquisition as well as ensures the best possible customer care for all the B2B accounts. Andiata Head of Sales is a visionary problem solver and responsible leader, who is accountable for the sales targets and other main KPI’s. She/he is in charge of the seasonal budgeting and reports back to the CEO.
We expect you to have a minimum of 5-year experience of leading sales. You are an international player with energetic and ambitious take on your work. You are someone who can manage challenging negotiations and seal the deal fluently in Finnish, English or Swedish. You have proven track record in international sales and have the ability to inspire your team to give their best effort. The success in this position calls for previous experience in fashion or design industry.
