Tregen launched the IoT based T-series Kitchen Gardens in the spring of 2018, and we are now looking for an energetic Head of Sales, to take a central role in this ground breaking and pioneering venture!

Tregren is now entering into a new exciting and innovative stage within the fast growing smart gardening market with it’s new to the world IoT smart gardens. The Active Growing TechnologyTM has been developed since 2010 by Tregren, and we have now entered the phase were the sales focus is key of our operations.

Do you have what it takes to join us?

As the Tregren Head of Sales, you will be in charge of implementing our sales strategy while managing our network of 12 European distributors. As a part of our growth ambition you will also be searching and evaluating new distributors for our export markets, first in Europe and later globally. Your key task is to establish a good working relationship with our distributors and to drive the sales of our T-series Kitchen Gardens by actively following up and supporting them in their sales and marketing activities. You will also have a vital part in participating in our business planning while executing strategical, operational and promotional actions to reach the sales targets. You will have an active and independent sales role, yet with good support from colleagues to ensure your success

To be successful in this role you ideally have some years of experience in international sales with a proven track record, preferably in consumer goods and thru retail sales channels. Your education is not the key nominator as we are looking for someone who enjoys sales and exceeds targets.  Fluent English is a must. Relevant education is beneficial as well as skills in other European languages (German, French, etc.). You ought to be willing to travel mainly in Europe and should get motivated by a pioneering type of work and by achieving results. To be a good fit for our organizational culture and team we expect you to be an energetic team player with excellent social skills. Additionally, you should be able to cope with uncertainty and quickly changing situations and take pride in your ability to convince people with your communication skills.
