We are looking for Head of Sales to join our client Dongwha Finland Oy. This is a permanent position and the position will be filled as soon as suitable candidate is found.

We are expecting a suitable education (Masters or Bachelors degree or equivalent). In addition, we hope that you have:
- 5+ years working experience in B2B sales,
- ability to drive the sales from plan to closing the deal,
- excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills,
- fluent skills in both, English and Finnish. Ability to speak Russian is beneficial.

You will also need to have good communicational and organizational skills. The ability of solving problems and prioritizing with patience are required. We are looking for a global team player with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and tasks simultaneously.

Your duties include a variety of Sales related tasks such as:
- Own and hit annual sales targets within assigned accounts and territories (Russia and Europe),
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships,
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations,
- Customer claim handling and follow-up,
- Contract negotiations and offers,
- Supervisory role for the sales team.

The ideal candidate has experience from plywood, forest, paper or chemical industry. Your customers are mainly plywood and laminate manufacturers in Russia and Europe.
