Our client company, an international leading actor providing communication platforms for digital communication, is looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to their country organization in Finland, with an ambition to take their sales to the next level. The company helps companies to improve their availability to clients by a cloud based digital communication platform, which offers applications for customer care, marketing and sales based on voice, video, chat and SMS. The company has a strong market position in Finland with a good client base and the ambition of being the lead player enabling digital communication services.
As a Head of Sales and Marketing, you need to have the ability to build and develop a sales and marketing team of 10 professionals, which has a strong focus on creating accelerated and profitable growth by being a close and loyal partner to existing customers, by acquiring new customers and launching new applications. You work in close co-operation with clients within sectors as Finance, Logistics, Energy, E-commerce and partners within business systems. You also have the ability to drive business performance and strategical sales and marketing initiatives together with the Local MD, the management and your international Co-partners. As the Head of Sales and Marketing you will report to the Country CEO and be a member of the Local Management team.
