Your future responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for a team of highly skilled product and process managers working in a truly Nordic environment.
As Head of Product and Process Management you will be driving the development of new products and propositions in a Nordic context and at the same time secure alignment and Nordic harmonisation of the business and system processes.
Together with the team you will have the responsibility of the Development Backlog and secure the continuous maturation of new product features to be implemented in our new Nordic back- and frontend system. You will work very closely with subject matter experts from the organisation to mature epics and features to be ready for final development. You will in the role be responsible for defining the final acceptance criteria and work closely with Product Owners and the agile team(s) to release business value.
Furthermore, you will be a key driver of the product plan and secure a continuous pipeline of new innovative solutions to benefit our customers and partners. You are experienced in collaborating in an environment with several stakeholders and understand the need for being fully aligned. You are an experienced leader who is able to both work in the details but also have the ability to take a strategic approach.
In addition, you will also take on the responsibility for tactically and operationally driving our relationships with few key partners and our Joint Venture NF Fleet.
The position is anchored within Investment Credit Solutions, part of Business Development, and is a unit within Nordea Finance responsible for product management, process management and application management. Investment Credit is a unit of around 40 colleagues working in a virtual environment from all Nordic countries.
The position is preferably located in Finland, but can also be based in Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
