Job description

We are looking for a Performance and Capacity Planning responsible for providing in-depth analyses of business performance within Contract Logistics. You are the main driver of transparency in financial and operational aspects of the business. Your findings allow the department, warehouse and account managers to base decisions on facts and realistic scenarios, KPI`s and resources. You also interact with operational teams at warehouses, subcontractors, real estate, finance IT and the regional head office. You are accountable for nominated corporate strategic programs and systems. You will be a member of the Contract Logistics management team.

Job Contents

  • monthly analyses the profitability of logistics customers, facilities
  • monitors and validates the timely and proper data entry into operating systems (billing, costs)
  • collects, validates, and monitors financial and operational KPIs
  • analyses the efficiency of business processes and suggests improvements
  • supports the preparation of logistics tenders, business cases, investment applications, forecasts, scenarios
  • supports the implementation of internal quality and productivity programs
  • reviews findings together with department and company management
  • communicates with key personnel in the country and regional office


We expect you to have BSc and/or MSc degree in IT/Logistics, production, commerce and/or finance and minimum of 3 years working experience in logistics, production or controlling. You have skills to analyze business processes and an affinity for crunching numbers as well as excellent communication and language skills in both Finnish and English (verbal and written). You are advanced user of MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Quick View as well as having previous knowledge of WMS. Duties require some travelling mainly in Finland.
