In this journey the role of marketing and brand is essential. Understanding that our people are our business, we need to have the winning team in place throughout the organisation to make our customers happy.
To make this happen, we are looking for an experienced and high performing Head of Marketing to lead our group wide marketing team. Our expectation is that you are very customer focused and business minded, understand the priorities and requirements coming from our customers and the business. You are a good leader who can engage, energise and drive the team and you are expected to collaborate well in matrix structure and across different countries. Due to this international dimension fluency in English is essential.
The key areas of contribution in this role are:
Develop and lead Caverion Brand strategy. The key objective here is to ensure, that Caverion target customers are attracted by Caverion and feel we bond with them through our brand. They see us as their trusted partner and advisor. In this position it is extremely important to understand the customer, their business and the value Caverion can bring into that equation. This will have a high impact on our competitiveness and growth opportunities.
Develop and lead the creation and execution of our marketing strategy and key activities (including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR) for both existing and new products and solutions. We want to strengthen the position as leading player in our markets. Our current portfolio is highly appreciated and recognized among key customers. As markets develop with accelerating speed especially in digitalized services, Caverion needs to invest in this development to reach the strategic goals. (S)he needs to have strong commercial focus on developing the business opportunities further via efficient and professional marketing actions and marketing communications.
Develop the commercial culture, a top performing marketing team. The Head of Marketing needs to ensure that the marketing organisation is built and led in a way that the execution of the marketing and brand strategy is secured across the whole company. Leading the transformation of the culture by example is a key. Focus on people and full compliance with Code of Conduct are basic requirements. Also, identifying, developing and retaining key employees as well as securing a good succession pool for pivotal positions are one of the most important responsibilities. Our brand will also have a big impact on our overall talent strategy and opportunities, so that link must be clearly understood and managed together with HR organization.
