As a Head of HR, you are responsible for leading and developing Nautor’s HR function. Within the framework of the company strategy, you will coach and support the line managers and the organisation in strategic and operational HR management issues. Your responsibilities include providing a full range of HR support in the areas of e.g. recruitment and staffing, performance management, compensation and benefits, competence and leadership development and talent planning. You will also work in close co-operation with the financial department and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an open flow of information.

You have a Bachelors' or Masters’ Degree in e.g. Business Administration; major in HR management is seen as an advantage. You have at least 8-10 year of experience in HR management and proven track record of a role as a HR business partnership in an international business environment. You are fluent in English, Finnish and preferably in Swedish. As a person, you are a result driven, good decision maker, have good understanding of the financials, have a customer service oriented attitude and you have the ability to build trust within the organization.

Company’s HQ is based in Pietarsaari, Finland and the company has commercial distribution operations in Italy, Northern Europe, USA and Hong Kong.
