Aibidia is looking for a creative, curious and strategically thinking Head of Growth & Brand to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products.
The Head of Growth & Brand will lead the development of marketing plans and work closely with clients, sales, customer success, creative and content teams. Eventually you’ll help in creating and communicating a complete new category in cross-border business. This is also your chance to share your vision of what a world-class marketing team looks like and build your team to respond to the company's rapid growth. In everyday work, you are supported by Digital Marketing Manager Kim Laine and Creative Digital Designer Niko Airaksinen. In addition you'll work closely with our visionary CEO Hannu-Tapani Leppänen and the whole sales team. Currently the company has over 50 employees with 15 nationalities and during the next 12 months Aibidia aims to double its size.
As a Head of Growth & Brand, you understand how Aibidia’s global business with big corporate clients translates into marketing. To support this, you will track key marketing performance metrics and forecasts and conduct research on competitive landscape and market trends. While you have a strategic approach to marketing, you are also hands-on with skills to orchestrate the creation of marketing assets. All in all, you have a well-rounded, fresh and global presence in marketing.
As a person you are innovative yet structured, able to get people onboard internally. You can adapt to change and actively listen and observe what is happening around you. We expect you to have some leadership experience, whether it’s a small marketing team of 2 people or a whole department.
Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or applicable
At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in the tech field
Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Proven track record - you can tell us about the impact your work has had on company’s success
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all organizational levels
Tolerance for change and drive to develop processes of a growth company
We consider as an asset:
Understanding of the interception of business and tech, related to e.g. finance, taxation, fintech, IT, software or SaaS
Proficiency with design software like Figma
