To support our new strategy, we are excited to open a new supervisor position to support and lead one of our sales and account management professional teams. This position is located in Helsinki.

In your role as a supervisor, you develop ways of working, inspiring, and coaching your team members to succeed in their own work and as a team. As a sales leader your job is to accelerate omnichannel approach as well as develop visionary sales. By developing your team's account management functions further, you are ensuring we create a top level customer experience to our long-term customer relationships and add value for our customers. Your input plays an important role helping us becoming industry forerunners in sustainable, easy-to-use textile services, offered with passion and a human touch. Strengthening industry expertise, you will participate in gathering and integrating market and industry knowledge.
How to succeed
To make this happen you need to have excellent people skills: Ability to lead action towards commonly agreed goals. You get inspired by development and you are motivated to develop others. You have a positive challenger mentality and willingness to inspire. In addition, you should have an ability to see the big picture, make analysis, create and execute sales & account plans. In your daily work, you use Finnish, but as we are an international company, you also need English to communicate with our colleagues outside Finland.
To succeed in this position, you need to have 3-5 years’ experience leading sales. In addition, we value if you have a Master’s level degree in economics or business administration.
