Head of CRM

We are looking for Head of CRM to join our team at Tallink Silja Finland. The Head of CRM is responsible for managing and driving growth of the company CRM ensuring all possible revenue opportunities and together with good customer experience. We as a company are investing significantly into new marketing automation tools and the CRM team will have wide selection of modern working tools in place.

Main duties of a Head of CRM include:

  • Building and implementing CRM and loyalty future vision and strategy based on our business targets, strategic customer segments and customer data and our new modern Adobe marketing automation tool package
  • Responsible for CRM and Club One loyalty program business results (PAX, NTR, Onboard, NPS)
  • Planning, managing and delivering CRM and Loyalty program marketing campaigns together with the team
  • Make sure the CRM plans are customer focused and personalized to maximize  effectiveness for sales and customer experience, providing tailored and relevant marketing messages to our customers
  • Develop customer offering based on customer data analysis and implement customer treatment models
  • CRM&Loyalty program team leading in Finland, participating Tallink Grupp CRM meetings in Tallinn or Stockholm
  • Working closely with the marketing and sales team in Finland and together with Tallink Grupp (Estonia, Sweden, Latvia)
  • You will report to Director of Customer experience, Marketing & Product in Finland and in matrix to Head of CRM in Tallinn

The ideal background of a Head of CRM:

  • Excellent understanding of modern CRM principles and tools in a B2C/ B2B environment, previous experience in similar CRM and team leading role
  • Strong commercial and customer understanding
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills in multinational environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay flexible
  • Suitable commercial education, Bachelor or Master degree in business, marketing or similar
  • Previous experience with new Adobe tool package is an advantage
  • Possibility of travelling
