Head of Corporate Marketing
We are looking for Head of Corporate Marketing to lead the marketing activities of Teleste Corporation globally. You will be located with your team at our office in Littoinen, close to Turku, Finland. You and your team of five experienced marketing professionals will work together with a larger group of marketing, sales and product management specialists in Finland, and globally in over 20 offices in Europe and the US.
What does this mean in practice? Teleste is a B2B technology company, which means it is critically important you understand our customers’ challenges and create and distribute valuable, relevant and consistent information and content to attract our audiences. The themes and key messages for marketing programmes are derived from our business strategies. Content is produced in close co-operation with our Business Units and sales teams, mostly in-house. We use a combination of tools, such as Adobe, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ClickDimensions, Octopost and MS PowerBI, which enables us to operate efficiently, measure results and continuously develop our activities in order to reach our audiences. At Teleste, we are close to our customers and every year we arrange dozens of events and seminars. We are frequent speakers at conferences and work closely with industry media in both Europe and the US.
What do we expect from you? A Master’s degree in business or technology with a minimum of 5–10 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in the B2B technology industry, would be a good fit for this position. In addition, proven hands-on experience in creating and executing integrated marketing programmes is required. Add this to strong leadership and communication skills and you would make a perfect match.
