Head of Communications and Customer Experience
Joining our company as a Head of Communications and Customer Experience is a great opportunity to create visible and long-lasting impact on how infrastructure is discussed and built in today’s and tomorrow’s society. You will lead a small and efficient team of communication, customer experience, marketing and brand development professionals and collaborate closely with business operations on all levels.
The person we are looking for is talented, inspirational and visionary professional who leads by example and has a collaborative and positive mindset. Our communications language is Finnish, but as we are becoming more international, strong English skills are required and Swedish is an advantage.
As our Head of Communications and Customer experience you provide strategic direction on internal and external communications, lead and develop our marketing, thought leadership program and brand in general as well as develop our customer experience and management. You ensure that our values and key messages are visible in all situations and channels. Destia has recently renewed its strategy, brand and values and we are on an exciting change journey to become a Nordic infrastructure company with collaborative and open culture both internally and with customers and partners.
